We review it and come back with questions
We assess the opportunity, identify gaps and come back with focused questions so we can understand the product, users, priorities and what a sensible first release should include.

We agree the commercial terms
Once the brief is clear, we prepare a project-specific commercial agreement covering scope, milestones, price, responsibilities, IP, acceptance and handover. Product development only starts once both sides have agreed to those terms.

Then we build the product
After the agreement is in place, Avetco takes the product through the agreed design, development, testing, deployment and handover process.
Idea protection
Your idea stays yours.
Anything non-public you submit is treated as confidential and is used only to evaluate, discuss or develop your project. Avetco will not use your confidential submission to independently commercialise your idea without your written agreement.

Ownership stays with you
Submitting an idea does not transfer ownership of your existing concept, documents or materials to Avetco.

Confidential by default
We restrict use of non-public information to assessing your submission, asking questions, preparing a proposal and, if agreed, delivering your project.

No build before agreement
An idea submission is only the start of the conversation. Development does not commence until the project-specific commercial agreement has been agreed.
